How we make our stop signs. We make our STOP signs with the highest quality 3M reflective sheeting and 3M inks. Our 18, 24, 30 and 36-inch STOP Signs are made using .080 gauge heavy duty 5052-H38 aluminum. We then apply 3M Engineer Grade Prismatic sheeting, 3M High-Intensity Prismatic sheeting, or 3M Diamond Grade sheeting.

LED exit signs generally are box-shaped, with an outer metallic sheet having a cutout forming the word "EXIT." A translucent piece of red plastic lies alongside the outer sheet, and an LED light source inside the box lights up the plastic from behind. Arrows on the sign specify the direction of the nearest fire escape.
